The comfortable and cozy apartment has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view. On the terrace there is a comfortable lounge set and a dining area. Of course there is a nice big barbecue.
Inside there is a living-dining room with open kitchen. There is a smart TV where channels from many countries can be received. There is air conditioning in the living-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer combination, stove and oven. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Fast and reliable WiFi in the whole apartment.
There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and they share a bathroom.
Altea la Vella is 2 km from the complex, a short drive or a nice 15 minute stroll. A cozy village with 2 supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy and several restaurants and bars. La Olla Beach is 4 km from the complex. Here are several cozy Chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy tapas with a refreshing drink. The famous town of Altea is 5 km from the complex. Altea is known for its white houses and the narrow streets in the old town. The completely renovated boulevard along the Mediterranean Sea is not to be missed, it is wonderful to enjoy a drink and food there on one of the many terraces while watching the world go by on the lively promenade.
The mountainous hinterland starts right behind the complex. The apartment is an ideal base for walking and cycling. The golf course of Altea is 1 km away. For city breaks, Alicante and Valencia are within an hour's drive. In short, the ideal location to enjoy the sun, the mountains and the culture of Altea and the surrounding area.
The apartment is not rented to groups of young people. It is not a party place.
