Within our rental service we offer, in partnership with Liberty Resorts in the Netherlands, year-round comprehensive marketing of your property, taking reservations, receiving your guests and managing the cleaning and maintenance. Of course all this is done in consultation with you. We translate your specific requirements in an appropriate range of services. The pricing is clear, not seasonal and adjusted to the services you require.

5. To ensure the quality of the home and its interior we charge a deposit with each reservation. We take care of the check out and inspection of the house and any damage will be deducted from this deposit.

7. Complete transparency: at all times you can view the occupation of the house by having access to our reservation system using a personal login code.
