The beautifully renovated apartment is located in the small-scale complex Don Cayo, located on the edge of the golf course in Altea la Vella. It has a very spacious terrace with lounge corner and dining table and large parasol. From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the golf course, the mountains and the communal garden with swimming pool.
The interior has been completely renovated. There is a new open kitchen with dishwasher, large American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, induction stove and oven. The living area has a very comfortable sofa and there is a smart TV with a chrome cast. Of course there is air conditioning. There are new comfortable beds in the bedroom, the bedroom also has air conditioning. The bathroom has also been completely renovated with a new shower, double sink and toilet.
The apartment is located 1 km from the pleasant village of Altea la Vella. There are 2 supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy and several restaurants and bars. La Olla beach is 2 km away. Here are very nice Chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy a drink and a snack with your feet in the sea. The beautiful Altea is 4 km from the house. Altea is of course famous for its narrow streets with white houses.
The apartment is very suitable for golf enthusiasts, the golf course is within walking distance. But it is also an ideal location for beach lovers. The mountainous interior is very suitable for cycling or walking to discover. There are many walking and cycling routes available. The cities of Alicante and Valencia are an hour's drive away. In short, an ideal location to get to know the beautiful surroundings of Altea.
There are stairs to get to the apartment, not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
