The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and two living rooms. The second (smaller) living room has a double sofa bed and can be used as an extra bedroom. There is no airconditioning but there are fans.
The exterior of the house offers various terraces with seating areas to enjoy the quiet of the surrounding country side, the views of the sea and the mountains. The vicinity of the beach, the large private pool, the summer kitchen and a trampoline for the kids make this house a perfect one to enjoy your holidays in Spain with family or friends.
Because of its location in a quiet residential area the house is not suitable for groups of youngsters or loud parties.
