Great house for 8 with large private pool, sun terrace & loungers and a covered terrace with dining area and outdoor sofas. Located at unbeatable location in Altea la Vella in a quiet urbanisation at the entrance of the village. At walking distance (1 km) to shops and restaurants and 2 km to La Olla beach, Altea´s most popular pebble beach with its lovely beach bars and watersport activities, as well as quiet areas with comfortable lounge spots overlooking the Mediterranean.

The house has a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 3 levels. 
3 bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the main floor, all bedrooms with terrace doors to the large surrounding terrace. A fourth bedroom with bathroom en suite is located in the souterrain with its own separate entrance from the terrace. The open plan loft style living room on the first floor gives way to a spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pool and has great sea and mountain views. There´s a carport and garage for private and secure parking.

150 kWh per week included in the rental price, more use is charged separately at 0,35 € per kWh. 
Please note, due to its location in a quiet residential street, the house is not suitable for groups of youngsters or loud parties.
