It is located in a quiet urbanization. There is a private parking space. Less than 50 meters from the house is the residential swimming pool, situated between a large lawn with children's play areas.
The house has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is spacious and complete. The lounge is spacious, cozy and comfortable with a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs. The terrace faces south, so there is sun all day. There are awnings, so that you can sit in the shade in the summer. Wi-Fi is available.
The nice village of Altea la Vella is 5 km away. There are many nice restaurants, bars and two supermarkets. The beautiful Altea is about 8 km away, famous for its white houses, the pleasant boulevard and the beautiful old part around the cathedral.
The nearest beach is 3 km from the house on the bay of Altea. In December you can find nice Chiringuitos (beach bars) here.
Casa Mirador is a perfect location to get to know the Altea area. The beautiful coast with many nice villages. Also the beautiful, mountainous interior where fantastic hiking and cycling can be done. For a city trip, Alicante and Valencia are an hour away.
