La Villa en Rose began as a holiday rental company in the Poitou Charente area in France. After emigrating to the Costa Blanca in Spain we decided to dedicate our time to perfecting the property management service in Spain by making sure that we provide the best quality service possible, both in our selection of holiday rentals as in the complete property management package that we present. In collaboration with leading European tour operators and run by Jur en Ruchamah van der Meer and a small housekeeping team, we offer a friendly, personal yet professional and reliable property management and holiday rental service in the Costa Blanca.
In the Netherlands and France, Jur has gained extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. His professional experience includes over 20 years of management experience among others at Landal (leader of the Dutch chalet-park market) and Liberty Resorts, as well as having set up and operated his own Chambre d’Hote in the Dordogne area in France. Ruchamah mastered the art of hospitality by spending years abroad. In California, where she worked as a property manager and bartender, as well as in Brazil where she ran an offbeat bed and breakfast pousada in the beach town of Jericoacoara.
